Restaurant home cooking "Compote" is located in Russia, Perm (Middle Urals)

Earlier, in Perm on this site was valid cafe "minnows", with a maritime theme, with networks, shells and brutal furniture. We were offered a radically change the interior, both in planning decisions, and visually create an atmosphere of houses, apartments, where everything is in its place and not in a hurry. When visiting guests could sit for hours in a comfortable, home-like atmosphere, with elements from the recent past, but still with a delicious, homemade food.

Time was limited, because a business project, but such projects should be profitable and time plays a very important role.

Thinking layout, we have tried to fulfill all the wishes of customers. Firstly, we immediately divided the interior into zones. Required to take into account mobility, comfort, open oven, aquarium and try to complete the project with minimal means. Without dismantling the floors and ceilings and walls.

The division of areas into zones we have done from the catwalks - creating a more comfortable not communicating lounges. We've got to transform a common space in cozy cabins, each carrying its own history. One professor lived in another musician in the third, whose grandmother, etc. While these were different rooms, such as kitchen, living room, library, dining room and even a part of the street, with green canopy of trees. All this supports the corresponding decorations.

In finishing, we used natural materials - wood pine, ash, beech. Floors, we have made of ceramics. Mostly we opened a plaster wall and brick shown. Podiums we beat partitions - simulating summer veranda of the seventies in the USSR. Other partitions - served differently formatted through racks.

Upholstered furniture we made to order. Picked textiles to all recalls the Soviet era.

Soft space supported by a number of decorations, such as photos, books, jars of pickles, tomatoes and mushrooms, sewing machines, vases and other interior details, which we collected throughout the city. Books and pictures we brought bags and first there was a feeling - it's all not come, but I had 2 more times to order the entire volume.
