This modern architectural home by Bam Design Lab Kitchen is a perfect collaboration between a developer and an interior designer. We sourced a Scavolini Ktiche that is gorgeous and functional. It opens up to the living room and keeps the space feeling voluminous . The mixture of white high gloss lacquer and matte gray upper cabinets is quite sophisticated. The living room fireplace is a combination of Porcelain slab from Eleganza and a quartz hearth. The same for the Master Bedroom.

Using a high back bed in the master allows you to create a bold statement with the furniture. It’ cozy and modern.

The porcelain wood tiles in the Master Bathroom give this modern space an organic feeling. The Idea Group vanities are sophisticated and functional and the freestanding tub is something we would love to just lay back and relax in.

Wide plank fumed oak floors look great within the space and tone down the modern elements to make this home feel comfortable, approachable, and livable! It’s modern without being pretentious and cozy without being frumpy.
