This unique loft in the diverse area of Kreuzberg combines an industrial rough style with a warm comforting edge to it, commemorating the typical Berlin structure. Its style is a manifest of modern design and experienced craftsmanship as it was designed under the architect’s and technician’s constant collaboration. While preserving the old elements of the loft, such as wooden beams and brick walls, most of its new elements are custom made in order to compliment the space and provide a practical living environment. Its spatial organization provokes the standards with its open bathroom+bedroom area and Cook’n’Eat area which initiates a new dialogue regarding our everyday living pattern.
