This 1,100 sq ft condominium apartment was first completed in 1999. The new owners wanted a complete overhaul of the original 90's look with its marble finished worktops etc. We opted to keep the original marble flooring, but gutted pretty much everything else.
The design concentrated on a play of contrasts in the finishes, swinging between the dark tones and the pure gloss whites. The dark tones vary in shades of Graphite, Maroon and Brown, maintaining the cntrast, yet imparting a different feel to different spaces.
