The outer skin is a hard stone volume, repeatedly dissected, which embeds the glass. The sun's rays enter the volume both laterally and from above.

A telescope pointed towards the sea.

Upon entering, the main hall is emphasized by the double height; beyond the fireplace, is the kitchen, the dining room, the TV area and finally a relax area, terminated by a swimming pool again emphasized by the double height. A great frame disappears into the floor, opening the telescope, so to breathe the smell of the sea and to be able to enjoy the indoor pool as if it was outdoor.

Upstairs, the rooms and the services are suspended volumes such as nests, among which, thanks to continuous double heights, in a game of full and empty, light passes through! The higher volumes are also coated with reflective materials amplifying and multiplying the natural light, the true protagonist of the villa’s different scenarios.
