70 Year old semi abandoned Industrial building used as a Power plant  - re imagined as the headquarters and studios for Cuppa Coffee Studios - a leading Canadian Animation House.


The 9000 square foot building  sits adjacent to The West Toronto Bike Path and the new rail corridor, connecting Downtown Toronto with Toronto Pearson International.


Phase 1 was the urban rebewal of the building, Phase 2 will be a 7000 sq ft Studio addition commencing April 2015 and occupied June 2015
