Major Tom: table lamp or bedside that depending on how you place, amplifies or diminishes its intensity. Stylization of an imaginary cosmic dictated by a masterpiece of the Thin White Duke, "Space Oddity": "... Ground Control to Major Tom Take your protein pills and put your helmet on [...] Here Am I floating round a tin can Far above the Moon Planet Earth is blue And there's nothing I can do. " Helmet, space capsule, control tower, protein pills are the forms that have inspired me. Made of ceramic matt satin and pins covered in cork, its movement blackout, it eclipses the light intensity with a move reminiscent of the lowering of the visor of a helmet.
