PLT unveils the innovative project for a revolutionary Health Center that aims to be one of the best in the western China and a benchmark in the international high-end wellness industry.

It combines the strength of Chinese and Western medicine, the millennial Chinese experiences with the most advanced Western researches and equipments.

The design of EDEN is based on this idea and combines the futuristic vision of a heavenly place, able to carry the user, as in a dream, in a sophisticated and frozen in time dimension, with the centuries-old traditional practices of Chinese medicine, their instruments and their ceremonies.

The whiteness of surfaces, the fluid walls, a smooth, but rigorous, design, essential in its furnishings and minimalist in its decorations, shows the clean and tidy of the modern Western culture. The use of natural materials, such as stone and wood, provides a warm and comforting touch, close to the nature and to the Chinese tradition.

The combination of these two elements, like the complementary Ying and Yang, attains the harmony and the unity of the earth and heaven, helping users to relax for the treatments and to stimulate and expand their sensations.

EDEN is also designed to overstep the conventional spa concept where users have to go from room to room to receive different treatments.

The center, located on the sixth floor of a luxury hotel in the heart of Xi'an, is in fact made up of six huge VIP rooms where guests can enjoy every single step of the personalized therapy suggested by the experienced and qualified physicians of the center: from the psychological assistance to the full body massage, from the medical tests to the acupuncture, passing through meditation exercises, emotional showers, reflexology stimulation, mud therapy, to finish with a relaxing bath and a reinvigorating night's sleep.

The large entrance atrium, which leads to the different rooms, is designed as an exhibition of the different remedies of the traditional Chinese medicine. A series of monitors on the walls, and the linear extension of the display area, allow customers to receive information and explanations about the different treatments offered by the center.

The center is also thought to accommodate daily visitors thanks to the presence of some independent rooms for visits and therapy sessions as well as a special area dedicated to the preparation of traditional Chinese medicines.
