The project of Villa Ninni develops within the district Parchitello Bari, lot of action is caraterrizzato a rectangular geometry with a morphology descending from the entrance area to the pool area on the end opposite to the d ' input.
The Villa is on two levels, ground floor used as a living area, interconnected world with the garden area which sits flush and a sleeping area located on the first floor with veranda jutting garden area with pergola which functions as a shading of both zones Outside of the two levels.
The aim of the intervention is to realize a passive house through the recovery of rainwater for watering the garden and the installation of sanitary discharges a heating system with geothermal probes, panels for domestic hot water together with a complete isolation of the structure and systems of the same obreggiamento, all controlled by un'impianto home automation system controlling.
