Inner space design project of BSFC’s (Black Sea Financial Company) office in Russia, Krasnodar by Alexandr Likhanov- Bon Ton Studio designer.

The new office of BSFC is situated in the historical part of Krasnodar, at the crossing of Krasnaya and Pashkovskaya street.

The main aim of the project was to create two zones: front-office and back-office. This interior was important for company to be the reflection of  BSFC’s corporational values. According to an architectural project the building of BSFC presents a six-storey monolithic construction with an exploited roof and a basements.

The concept of space was based on different assosiations connected with Company. The name (Black Sea Financial Company) was considered as a starting point. Although it indicates mainly the region of activity, I have considered the using of dinamic marine theme apt and, in this case, appropriate.

The zone of primary work with visitors(consulting service concerning BSFC’s products) is located on the first floor. It is the face of the company.

The interior is facing the landscape of the city due to panoramic windows, materials imitating water surface (volumetric ceramic panels with a mirror-plated wavy pattern) were also used.

A lightning scheme is divided into three sections: the firstone - the basic light of a neutral shade; the second - cold LED light for the identifying wall’s relief; the third - chandeliers of warm light above the working space.

Also, it was necessary to hide the monolithic pillar in the middle of the room. We decided to connect a decorative column with a ceiling structure by using flat lamellae.

Walking up the stairs, a visitor gets to the second floor, where the sales department and meeting rooms are situated. In the interior of this and subsequent floors the sistem of glass office devision system with an integrated cable channel for communications was used.

The custamer did not insist on a specific color palette, leaving a space for my creativity. As a result, the light range of colours was selected. Ceramic collection by Porcelanosa Grupo(VENIS Sea and PORCELANOSA QATAR) was used for walls, and ceramic granite by Apavisa (Regeneration collection) for floors. Stairs are made of marble Bianco Carrara. The Light - Sentrsvet and Flos. Furniture: chair Barcelona - Knoll.

Проект оформления внутреннего пространства центрального офиса BSFC (Черноморской финансовой компании) в Краснодаре — работа дизайнера Александра Лиханова из студии Bon Ton.

Новый офис BSFC расположен в исторической части Краснодара, на пересечении улиц Красная и Пашковская.

Необходимо было спроектировать две зоны: фронт-офис и бэк-офис. Компании было важно, чтобы интерьер служил отражением корпоративных ценностей BSFC.

Согласно архитектурному проекту, здание представляет собой 6-этажную монолитную конструкцию с эксплуатируемой кровлей и подвальными помещениями.

Концепция пространства строилась на ассоциациях, связанных с компанией. За отправную точку взяли название — Black Sea Financial Company. Хотя оно указывает прежде всего на регион деятельности, посчитал уместным использовать тематику, связанную с морем, водой, волнами, динамикой.

На первом этаже располагается зона первоначальной работы с посетителями (консультационные услуги по продуктам BSFC). Это лицо компании. Интерьер открыт к городу благодаря витринному остеклению, использованы материалы, имитирующие поверхность воды — объемные керамические панели с зеркальным напылением и волнистым рисунком.

Схема освещения разделена на три участка: первый — основной заливающий свет нейтрального оттенка; второй — холодная светодиодная подсветка рельефа на стенах; третий — люстры теплого света над рабочими местами.

Также необходимо было спрятать монолитную опору посередине помещения. Решили связать декоративную колонну с потолком структурой из плоских ламелей.

Поднявшись по лестнице, посетитель попадает на второй этаж, где располагается отдел продаж и переговорные. В интерьере этого и последующих этажей использована система стеклянных офисных перегородок с интегрированным кабель-каналом для коммуникаций.

Заказчик не настаивал на конкретной цветовой палитре, оставляя возможность для творчества дизайнеру. В итоге была выбрана светлая гамма. На стенах использована керамика на Porcelanosa Grupo коллекции: VENIS Sea и PORCELANOSA QATAR

, напольный керамогранит — Apavisa коллекция regeneration, лестница выполнена из мрамора Bianco Carrara. Свет — Сentrsvet и Flos, мебель кресла Barcelona, — Knoll.
