The ground storey holds living room, formal dinning room, kitchen with daily dinning area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk-in wardrobe for the master bedroom, linen closet and lift.
Gym area, wine cellar, garage, service facilities, and a guesthouse with two bathrooms are located in the basement, which is excavated on two sides to provide the guesthouse with ample natural light.
The planning included orientation around two outdoor spaces, which are landscaped to form a consecutive water-filled area, starting from an olive tree signifying the main entry, and ending towards the pool, which is interrupted only by the circulation area between living room and bedrooms. Most areas are glass-cladded to overlook towards the landscaped water-filled formations. The entry is protected from thw prevailing wind with a stone-built 3m-high free-standing wall.
