The project consists of three independent ground-floor summer residences, which are joined through the configuration of the immediate landscape, that defines their central entrances. Their three volumes, are composed in such way so that they form a structure. The primary objective of the basic approach to the architectural design of this building complex was, on one hand, the integration of the property in the character and the natural environment and on the other, the exploitation of the view to the Ierissos sea gulf. Therefore, large windows were placed facing the sea view and pergolas were designed outside to integrate the outdoor space and provide the necessary shading, with clinging plants. The materials used are stone and plaster, and the housing is made of a gabled roof.
