Building on its shape and structure is the reduced cube, which is by the dimensions and position in "dialogue" with the existing series of houses in Ljubljanska street. Vicinity to Karadjordje square, park and downtown makes the location of subject very attractive.
The basic concept of this building is the simplicity of the functional organization, use of simple structural elements. These principles are naturally addressed in the selection of materials and techniques in the process of construction, while requirements in terms of comfort and aesthetic principles of harmony are insured. House within its footprint has preserved tree as a result of small parcel of land on which it is located.
The building is designed as a family home for a three-member family, the parents and the child.
