Our client approached us to conduct a feasibility study on a small parcel of land zoned "" "Convenience" with the view of designing a new medical practice that also catered for their multi practice training and administration.
Our design not only delivered a contemporary styled building but also provided retail space for a related Pharmacy.
The centre provides much needed public health in a newly established urban subdivision – Aubin Grove.
