The single family house in Halat, north of Beirut, is for one of Lebanon's prime pool makers and showcases several water features. The house appears to float on top of a reflecting pool. The main terrace runs along the entire facade and frames panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the historic town of Byblos. The main floor, accessed through a bridge, contains the main living spaces, a fireplace nook, a spacious kitchen, garage, and the master suite. On the lower level, a linear water fall completes the facade of the basalt plinth which houses a private spa with an indoor lap pool. The smaller upper floor has a guest suite and an office with a terrace with commanding views.
