Wedged between two curving roads, this hourglass shaped property falls about fifty feet topographically, presenting a great challenge. Using different masonry materials to render each structure while working with the existing 100 year old stone walls allowed us to create a home that looks like an abbey from the Cotswalds fell from the sky and landed on the side of a mountain- which was exactly what the client requested.  The result is a collection of buildings happily cascading down a hillside.
