The 4.500 sqm. building is located in Barcelona‘s 22@ district. It was the Loewe’s factory years ago. Its impressive dimensions and height have been an asset we took advantage for as well as the absence of structural pillars offering a spectacular open space allowing us to apply a state of the art interior design concept.

Two main zones are stablished: Commercial area and Working area.

In the Commercial area the company receives their clients, all of them representing fashion companies, consequently we have emphasize the corporate image presence. These areas breathe design, modernity and passion. We use the brand colours: white, black and red.

Reception is placed in a double-stored area, the whole space is bright white. In the wall behind the reception an installation with climbing ropes represents communication, diversity and happiness.

The corner, placed in a loft with spectacular views of the central space, we put a lounge area with sofas, fireplace and a bar.

In the meeting rooms we apply a total transparency concept. The rooms are furnished according to the use they have. There are small rooms with chairs and tables for meetings of four or six people, and big rooms for team meetings and training with sofas and big tables.

The Working area has a different ambient. This area talk about an attitude: optimism, youth, happiness, fun and wellbeing.

The main open working space keeps the original industrial style, with a large glass roof that floods the space with natural light. We decided to treat it as a covered garden.

The Air Conditioning machine has been painted in green colour while the iron elements are in red enhancing the industrial character.  We covered a wall with jungle and vegetal images.

Some meeting zones - treated like islands with grass carpet and furnished with a table and chairs - are distributed between the working tables. We also have created an indoor bicycles parking with a grass artificial carpet. 

In the coffee shop, next to the main space, we put flower-shaped lamps, paper frogs in a wall, and iron furniture.

The recreation zone is inspired in a Circus, with big posters on the wall, colour balls, table football, etc.

The dining room is furnished with colourful chairs, some birds decorating the walls. There is also a relax area with reclining seats and enveloping curtains.
