The owners bought the pre-fab flat many years ago. The reconstructed flat was not according to their expectations, but they did not want to change anything at the time. The decision to change everything came after many years.

I check the disposal plan including changes of non-load bearing walls at the beginning. Finally, the owners decided to maintain layout and the reconstruction meant mainly change materials, doors, functionality of furniture and accessories.

The tiles in the hallway, bathroom and toilet were replaced by vinyl floor. Also the floating light oak floor was exchanged. The existing dark wooden floor is preserve in the kitchen and living area. According to it´s color I found the shade of practical vinyl and that the floor is united in whole flat.

The next task was to maximize storage space. It was necessary to use every corner in such a small apartment. The feeling of the space was very important. The white built-in furniture contrasts well with darker floor and helps for this purpose.

Hall is the central space of the flat. It is the entrance into all the rooms. The bench and hooks for hanging coats are next to the entrance door. The great built-in shoe cabinet with side drawers for keys, documents and other small items is beside. There is also located a large built-in cabinet which is accessible from three sides. The spacious utility room is on the right side and the dryer behind the blinds and storage above in on the left side. The closer wardrobe is accessible from the front. It has mirrored doors and helps optical extend the hallway. The another classic deep wardrobe is the opposite to the large built-in cabinet.

Bathroom and toilet are separated and there were used the same materials. The white large-format tiles are on the walls. Also the sanitary is in classic white. The large shower head and folding shower screen are supplements in bathtub. The washing machine is located in the toilet. The handy built-in cabinet is above the machine.

The old kitchen was replaced by the new white gloss. The clever storage systems were used in the kitchen´s cabinets. The working area is following the kitchen. It is equipped with magnetic plate and storage for documents.

The bedroom is very small and it was necessary to watch every inch. Therefore you can find the storage space around the bed, under the bed and opposite. The handles are recessed into the edge and do not stick out the space. The recessesed bedside tables are on both sides of the bed. The custom furniture is thought out to the last detail becauce of a place for all the necessary things.
