The apartment was designed for a woman in her fifties after the kids left the house

we can plan house that fits her need and only hers.

Requirements were a separate department for the maid who lives with her, there are

two kitchens one for everyday use and the other for accommodation, spacious

bedroom with many storage spaces, and given great importance to the bathroom

accessibility and convenience of use.

Along the apartment we designed a long wooden façade that divided the apartment

in to two secondary spaces. This division provided us whit the ability to hide all the

systems in the hose, from the air conditioning to the electrical design. And also

provided us with a lot of storage spaces.

The apartment was designed in a modern style with Clean lines and whit colors.

When carpentry and furniture bring warmth and luxury feeling.

Carpentry was a special order for programming the building itself presented the

architectural challenge.
