This residential building is located in one of the most beautiful roundabouts in Polanco neighbourhood, Campos Elíseos and Schiller, and the intention is to retake and restore the same quality of life; so difficult to find today in Mexico City.

The building is raised on three small towers of three levels each; two of those with facades to the street, and one only interior through a courtyard, a space designed for relaxation with a new version of a mix of the classical colonial courtyard with a central fountain and a varied vegetation.

The roof is used as fifth façade with terrace for the penthouses and private common areas. The facades are covered in limestone which will age worthily instead of becoming old and decaying.
