The site is a good location. There have nice views to the distant mountains because facing the extensive river. The river is calm usually, but it had been flooded to riverside road height by past heavy rainfalls. We avoided the risk by providing high foundation and floor level. We thought to make use of the site with depth in the north-south while ensure view to the mountain and the river. At the result of study, we designed the constitution which rise gradually with different levels has the views toward to the mountain and river as going up stairs. Furthermore we made openings between each levels. Light, wind and view could pass through from inside to outside and inside. The spaces that have nine floor levels get a relationship between inside and outside by sectional openings.
