The holiday village is situated in Maritza village located near to mountain resort Borovets, Bulgaria.
The village has three types of houses.
The first type is villa “Alpina” - two-storied house.
On the first story are situated: Living room, dining area and kitchen, store and garage.
On the second story: 3 bedrooms, bathroom and terrace.
The second type is villa “Claudia 1” - one-storied house.
On the story are situated: Living room, dining area and kitchen, store, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
The third type is villa “Claudia 2” - one-storied house.
On the story are situated: Living room, dining area and kitchen, store, 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
