The small site is located in the center of Heraklion. The architectural design was based on the specific characteristics of the land, the operational needs for the family residence, and the planning restrictions. Based on these data designed a five-storey building with underground parking and ground floor. The building was placed inwards in relation with the site, because of the very small road width which faces to ensure greater visual and functional comfort in relation to the opposite building.
