A combination of modern construction style, warm elements, modern space
design and minimalist furniture.
An old house that was renovated from the ground up, produce a direct
architectural statement that gives a sense of modest wealth.
Immediately after the destruction of the hose the family flew suddenly for a re
location and left the house with and under the supervision of the architects.
We can see a clear definition between the spaces (kitchen, living room, dining
room) eve n thaw the space itself is not really separated.
As we enter we see the exterior of the hose and notice the two square bodies
that create a clean line and an inviting and simple facade.
The only thing connecting the two bodies is the entrance.
The entrance is simple and beautiful, inviting young and modern.
The materials are not expensive but even thaw the combination between
them creates the filing of wealth.
