Envisioned as a way to raise the housing quality for Hong Kong’s indigenous villagers, House 98 is an expression of HEAD Architecture’s values: simplicity, functionality and a relentless focus on occupant needs. Designed around an 8 sq m skylight atop the triple-height dining room, the flexibly planned, three-bedroom house meets existing government requirements, while offering a cost-effective template.
