This project was for the restoration and extension of the historic Town Hall in Dundalk, Ireland. The building included offices for the council, a 350 seat Theatre and an Art Gallery in the historic basements. The Theatre is entered through a double height hall created within the historic structure through the removal of a number of small rooms and an unattractive staircase. The Theatre includes high quality modern lighting, sound and scenery systems
