it's the P.I.I. 5 of the new P.G.T. of Castano's municipality. The project includes several areas in center of town, along Villoresi creek, where Torno areas were. The intervention integrated plan started in 2007, the project became executive in 2010. The main area is 17.800 mq. The project obtained the redistribution of the preexisting volumes for 59,600 mc, corresponding to 20,000 mq of residences and services. In April 2010 the project entered its definitive phase, starting with Villoresi Marconi project
