EN The project is located in the complex of Baku Port, occupying a part of the base of the tower of the architects Champman Taylor. Spread over two floors for a total of 900 square meters.
The elements that compose the project can be summarized in two words Style and art. Style in the choice of materials and art to characterize the spaces of waiting.
Our idea of the bank is based on the visibility and recognition that it has to transmit. Then has been given a lot of importance to the study of the facade and the definition of the threshold using quality materials. We put at the entrance the vessels, designed exclusively for the bank containing vegetation of various kinds with the function of Landmark.
Inside has paid particular attention to the flows. On the ground floor are located the waiting and service while upstairs you can find a VIP area and a meeting room. The two levels are connected by a large central scale semicircular.
The materials used such as bronze and travertine were chosen for evidential elegance of the financial group and the choice of some items such as flower and seats in the shape of the hull were designed and included in the intervention to highlight the proximity of the project the old industrial port of Baku.
Of particular note are the curtains metal with bank logo engraved that besides having the function of darkening and become characterizing element and identification for the subsequent branch. These rigid wire cloth, supplied by an Italian company “Tacchi tele metalliche”, are composed of two elements divided: one that rises from below the other rising from touching at an altitude of 4 m.

IT Il progetto si colloca nel complesso di Baku Port, occupando una parte del basamento della torre degli architetti
Champman Taylor. Si sviluppa su due livelli per un totale di 900 mq.
Gli elementi che compongo il progetto possono riassumersi in due parole Stile e arte. Stile nella scelta dei materiali e
arte per caratterizzare gli spazi di attesa.
La nostra idea di banca si basa sulla visibilità e sulla riconoscibilità che essa stessa deve trasmettere. Quindi si è data
molta importanza allo studio della facciata e alla definizione della soglia utilizzando materiali di pregio e ponendovi
davanti all’ingresso dei vasi, progettati in esclusiva per la banca contenenti vegetazione di vario genere con funzione di
Landmark.
All’interno si è posta particolare attenzione ai flussi. Al piano terra sono collocati gli spazi di attesa e di servizio mentre
al piano superiore ritroviamo una zona vip e una sala meeting. I due livelli sono collegati da una grande scala centrale
semicircolare.
I materiali utilizzati come il bronzo e il travertino sono stati scelti per evidenziale l’eleganza del gruppo finanziario e la
scelta di alcuni oggetti come le fiorire e le sedute a forma di scafo sono state pensate e inserite nell’intervento per
evidenziare la vicinanza del progetto al vecchio porto industriale di baku.
Di particolare rilievo sono le tende metalliche con logo della banca inciso che oltre ad avere la funzione di oscuramento
diventano elemento caratterizzante e di identificazione per le successive filiali. Queste tele metalliche rigide, fornite da
un’azienda italiana “tacchi tele metalliche”, hanno la particolarità di essere composte da due elementi divisi: uno che
sale dal basso l’altro che sale dall’alto toccandosi ad una quota di 4 m.
