The sit is about 0,0882 ha and is located in mun. of Chisinau, Stauceni, Bucovina district, Stejarilor street nr. 11. Total area of building is 594,6 sq. m.
The luxury refers not only to decorative objects or used finishes, but also to big surfaces for relaxation- like terrace, wich can be transformed in garden. The special views of the zone are amplified by the slope of terrain, and the unrestricted natural light due to large glazed surfaces.
The architecture of this house was designed in minimal style, with simple forms and a clear geometry, resulting an bright and airy space.
Acces in the building is from the South side. Ground floor contains living area: living, dinning, kitchen, and the office. From entrance we can access auxiliar zones ( wardrobe, bathroom and to the basement) and the night zone by stair.
Second floor contains three bedrooms with direct acces to terrace and pool. All of them have their own bathroom. Penthouse contains bedroom with wardrobe.
For construction of this house were used performant modern materials- compozite panels "Prodema", stone and glass. Interior walls are built of 120 mm brick.
Open plan with spacious well lighted rooms feels unitary due to the transparent wall that divide rooms on the second and third floor. The relation with nature is defined by opening of the entire house to the sunny side.
Outdoor space is designed with special consideration. The terrace and pool are meant for family meetings and has small size vegetation.
