Concept
The name Evergreen is derived from the daily need to place importance on environmental issues. In other words, living in total comfort, inside the home with reduced cost and also a reduced environmental impact.

The name Evergreen is also associated with the construction of timeless homes, whose architecture is always modern. To this effect, natural stone was applied on the façades and in the interiors of the homes, giving them a modern and permanently current style.

The Evergreen project is comprised of a series of 3+1 bedroom homes, designed to satisfy all the needs and wishes of your family. The interior is distinguished by the quality of the materials and excellence in finishes. In all the rooms there are recognisable brands and innovative equipment. All with a touch of perfectionism which defines this project.

Thermal Comfort and Energy Efficiency
Evergreen homes provide homeowners with the thermal comfort inherent to the installation of advanced air conditioning, heating and cooling, through the use of the Daikin Altherma heat pump, together with Schluter-Systems hydraulic radiant floor heating.

The equipment installed by Loureiro Firm has an efficiency which is 5 times greater than traditional heating systems based on fossil fuel or electricity, achieving an excellent coefficient of performance (COP) of 5.04, corresponding to maximum comfort, together with a significantly reduced electricity bill.

How does a heat pump function? Low energy consumption and Elevated Thermal Comfort.

The Daikin Altherma heat pump uses a sustainable energy source, being that it extracts heat from outside air. The system consists of a closed circuit of refrigerant, in which a thermodynamic cycle is created where evaporation, compression, condensation and expansion are present. To summarise, a heat pump transfers heat from a level with lower temperature to a higher level and the heat generated is transferred to the water in the thermal emission systems (radiant floor heating and possible fan coil units).

The homes therefore have an Ecolabel, due to the superior energy efficiency of the installed equipment and the reduced impact on global warming in comparison with other products.

With this heating and cooling technology, the thermal insulation and the aluminium and glass installation, the homes can be classified as class A+, where architecture and cutting edge energy efficiency go hand in hand.
