This project was briefed as an urban design vision to change several sites in Jan Smuts Street, re-establishing and connecting the precinct with the Civic Centre concourse and Artscape Park. A new landscape design for the park would connect the street level retail shops and offices with Media City and the Artscape.
The proposal is considered as an urban design solution for various defective urban elements in the Table bay, Roggebaai area.
