Black River park, Observatory. A prominent architectural firm contracted Bomax for the design development, modelling and visualization of this scheme on behalf of their client, the Faircape Property Group.
Bomax was also involved in Phase 1, which included the interior for Cine Gate Africa. The face brick and steel ‘foundry architecture’ of Phase 1 has already provided the architectural language for Phase 2. The schemes are introverted office parks, which offer a confined and secure office environment with all amenities provided.
