Progetto studio per il recupero della costa di Durres area di Pepla

The waterfront project of Durres reconfigures the front of the sea as the new border between the city and the sea and consists of a walk at two levels  served as the buildings inside the green wall.

The system allows to preserve the continuity of the beach to realize a large number of services and to develop a functional system with low impact from the sea and reconstitute a substantial amount of the beach (thanks to barrier systems in the sea). The two central squares both on land and at sea can create potential new systems that become the commercial areas of the city.

For the coating are used recyclable materials that enable the creation of coatings that save production time by 30% and lower emissions of pollutants.

It is also expected to realize in the future buildings floating in the sea that allow the use of dynamic cogenerators for the production of energy for the city.

Il progetto waterfront di Durazzo riconfigura il fronte del mare come il nuovo confine tra la città e il mare ed è composto da una passeggiata a due livelli servito come gli edifici all'interno della parete verde.

La scelta di una barriera verde di alta circa 10 metri permette sia di vedere il mare e dal mare della città molto colorato di notte. Tra la città e il percorso pianta un gran numero di palme e altre piante.

Il muro di confine tra la spiaggia e la strada è servito da molti spazi locali e di servizio che danno una immagine omogenea della città e permettono con le loro luci che illumina la spiaggia di notte e renderlo vivibile. Il percorso superiore viene interpretato come un elemento di luce verde un faro per la spiaggia e per la città che identifica Durazzo nella notte.

La divisione in tre fasce della passerella della città lineare permette di dividere lo spazio in una zona del percorso di servizio degli alberghi e camere e una passerella dei visitatori per il mare che collega con ampie scale che diventano terrazze dalla spiaggia.

Il sistema permette di garantire la continuità della spiaggia di realizzare un gran numero di servizi e di sviluppare un sistema funzionale a basso impatto dal mare e ricostituire una notevole quantità di spiaggia (grazie a sistemi di barriera in mare). Le due piazze centrali, sia a terra che in mare possono creare potenziali nuovi sistemi che diventano le zone commerciali della città.

Per il rivestimento sono utilizzati materiali riciclabili che consentono la creazione di rivestimenti che consentono di risparmiare i tempi di produzione del 30% e minori emissioni di inquinanti.

Si prevede inoltre realizzare in futuro edifici che galleggiano nel mare che consentono di utilizzare cogeneratori dinamici per la produzione di energia per la città.
