Originally accordind the masterplan there was no place for office workers or visitors outside. The small public square was fully occupied either with parking lots or driveways. Now the new Plaza accommodates 66 car parking lots (2 times more than at the beginning), pedestrian pavement and large courtyard with fountain and sculpture. The space is divided into four zones: entrance and sidewalk with sculpture, open car parking, courtyard with fountain and The Pine Grove. The pavement is mostly made of grey granite. All zones are visually connected.
