FUKU SUSHI BAR | Nova Studio Mobil
Punto Fijo / Venezuela / 2014
It is an interior design project for a Japanese restaurant of 80 m2, where the challenge was to completely revolutionize the image of the restaurant and increase their capacity, adjusting to a reduced budget and space. The idea consisted in clearly defined areas of tables, bar and kitchen. Suggest a table system that would work for a couple or a larger group. In the kitchen area we emphasize on separating jobs' functions so that workers do not interrupt each other and there for, ptimize the circulation, improving the pace of work and service. As for the image and vibe of the place, we went for an urban yet refined style, with raw materials such as wood, dark colors and soft lighting, using artificial grass, to highlight important areas like the bar and entrance. Achieving a complete change of the old image of the restaurant, with a more fresh and contemporary response that would identify with the owners but capable of extending certain elegance to the diversity of clients attending daily.
