The nature of this site and the climatic conditions of the area have contributed to the design of the building, in a way that blends harmoniously with the landscape and environment while maintaining its own unique appearance.

The new complex with 3 floor above the ground and 1 underground comprises 2 buildings with glass façades, a mix structure of steel pillars and solid concrete slabs encircle a central point resembling a hinge made of exposed concrete beams.
Within the glass sections are the offices linked by stairs while rest-areas and meeting rooms are in the central body. The façades were designed following bioclimatic criteria: a thermal shield that keeps the cold out in winter and the heat out in summer. The glass used is High Performance with a cut – off system and rear glass-lined elements that create a multi-coloured effect. Thanks to the 4 shades of blue and grey the resulting image is a building endowed with lightness.
