This multifunction building is located in the north suburbs of Parma, an area near the exit from A1 motorway, characterized by the presence of industries, shopping malls, offices and others business activities.

The building, with 5 floor and one underground level, is divided in two parts with separated entrances and staircase blocks. The East block is an Hotel 3* with 50 keys, the West block is an office building with 16 units.

At the Ground floor there are business and commercial spaces, and at the underground there are car parkings, warehouses and cellars.

The bulding, that is fully coated with red brick walls, has an articulated plan due to the presence on three sides of the plot of two streets and a 10 Kvolt power line, all elements that contributed to generate a multisided shape building.
