This project attempts to reconcile the desire for individualization of the individual house with constraints dictated by a multifamily building. More than a sum of type departments, this multi proposes a "stack houses" watching all of them both out to sea and towards a central courtyard.

The result becomes a wide range of living types arising from a single prototype that stretches horizontally across the depth of the batch, or vertically towards the upper or lower level, generating visual sensation that provides an amplitude magnified. A workspace dilation can offer larger environments, whether on flat or duplex, consisting of two or five bedrooms.

Each of these "houses" also defines specific use patterns and inner functions, prioritizing social areas with the best views and organizing the spaces by circulation as a bridge, forming two bodies. The houses are stacked in the manner of a Tetris to form a compact unit building with 9 levels, contained by a large frame.

The facade reveals stacking resulting from the geometry of each "house", proposing terraces for each one, single or double height, as appropriate. The terraces acquire different geometries, protruding or receding to differentiate the frames into the ocean. Thus, each "house" is not only different from the others in its spatiality and distribution, but also in its relationship with the outside and in their views.

This spatial diversity is contained in a plant that follows a rigorous structural system, which involves two bodies connected by walkways. The large courtyard facades splits each "house", which occupies both bodies. Thus, the first body contains social areas that enjoy the sea view, while private areas are developed in the two inner facades.
