Campus West. Living In A Campus District | NE-AR GmbH
Aachen / Germany / 2014
From the central park the design of the Campus West is organized in several layers. Both transparency and permeability allow a dialogue between the various building structures, forming a condensed entity. A system of close and open spaces is generated, contributing to the identity of the neighbourhood and allows mixing of heterogeneous and tense urban situations. The entanglement of the building gives attractive transit and insight into the area and simultaneously forms a closed building line to the adjacent railway property.
