Generator Dublin is set in the fashionable Smithfield Square neighbourhood, adjacent to the historic Jameson Distillery. Just a small walk from Temple Bar, the property boasts an air of uniqueness that only Generator offers.

All the areas, with an industrial interior design feel, are completely flexible thanks to sliding reclaimed wood partitions. Public spaces include a library, chill out area, café, bar and breakfast sitting area. A games space and a cinema room complete the lower level and the best sound system and large TV screens complete all areas.

The stunning design utilises raw materials such as reclaimed wood, exposed brick and stone, glass, black steel and recycled fixtures. The bar is adorned with one-of-a-kind Jameson bottle chandeliers, inspired by the building’s history and connection to the old Distillery and manufactured in Brooklyn by Doug Newton. Leather tufted chesterfields and orange Tom Dixon fluorescent stools add the right combination of comfortable and design-led.

A variety of rooms are spread over 5 floors and include ensuite and non ensuite shared rooms as well as private rooms with bathrooms. The offering is complete with a female-only shared room with 10 beds and a private hot tub.
