Basara apre il secondo punto vendita in Corso Italia a Milano.
Più piccolo rispetto al precedente, e' destinato al “ delivery” e “take away” .
Oltre il banco sushi, si intravede attraverso una vetrata il laboratorio dove vengono effettuate tutte le fasi di lavorazione del pesce.
Lo spazio ridotto che ospita i tavoli e' ampliato visivamente grazie ad uno specchio gigante posto su una parete della sala.
I materiali scelti : legno palissandro, specchio bronzato, vetro fumé e acciaio vogliono dare un senso di raffinatezza ed eleganza più europea distante dagli stereotipi orientaleggianti.

Basara is opening its second store in Corso Italia in Milan.
Smaller than the previous one, it is designed for the delivery and take away.
Besides the sushi counter, you can see through a glass wall where the laboratory carries out all the stages of the fish processing.
The reduced space that hosts the tables is visually expanded thanks to a big mirror placed on the wall.
The materials we chose: rosewood, bronze mirror, smoked-glass and steel will give a more European sophistication and elegance far from the oriental stereotypes.
