This 1053m2 private residence, located in the prestigious riverside suburb of Hamilton, includes  4 levels of living and a stunning roof terrace. The entire house is designed to maximise the sweeping views of the Brisbane River and city skyline. Attention during planning was also given to respect the heritage neighbours which inspired the terraced site – providing an appropriate response that does not dominate the streetscape, rather, melds seamlessly into the land.

The main entry door was custom designed by the client’s request to achieve an entry space with impact while framing the dazzling internal staircase, complete with custom crystal chandelier, that leads up to the main living areas.

Inside, the house is arranged around a flowing series of linked living spaces, all of which orient and connect directly to the views and the pool and integrate the indoor-outdoor living concept. Grand entertaining areas surround a state-of-the-art kitchen and formal living room and main terrace, while quiet, more private areas are tucked away. The chef-inspired kitchen boasts the latest appliances, including a large induction cooktop, built-in and steam ovens, making it a focal point to the entertaining space.

Moving upstairs, the master suite faces the river with stunning panoramic views. The expansive bedroom space is embellished with a large walk-in robe and ensuite with a contemporary freestanding bath which also enjoys full water and city views.

Materials throughout the house include textured render, glass and all natural stone floors. High-end Calcutta Oro, Gris Pulpis & Café  Amani marble was used throughout the kitchen, bathroom and master suite and are highlighted by luxury high quality fixtures and fittings fittings.
