It is an agricultural complex at Lakonia. It emphasizes at the production of olives, olive and oak wood and all of their derivatives in an area of 80acres. There are buildings for accommodation, restaurants, commercial, laboratories, utility buildings for the production and theater or conference hall. The solution focuses at the conformation of production areas as well as the surroundings of the buildings. In order to define the solution I considered the area specificity, the local climate, the orientation and the landscape. Morphologically each building as a form with its surroundings are trying to imitate the complexity of nature so every part of them (whatever scale it is) doesn’t follow the rational rules that we have learned to follow in city projects.
