Originally designed as a weekend home, Capel Manor House is built on the foundations of a demolished Victorian mansion in Kent.

The house was designed to give as great a feeling of space and openness as possible and to capture panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. A few steps away from the bedrooms an outdoor swimming pool has been carefully integrated within the picturesque remains of the mansion’s long lost winter gardens.

In 2013 English Heritage recognised the house as one of the most important examples of modernist architecture in Britain, awarding it a Grade II* listing.
