Private House - Tolentino (MC) Italy

The project involves the construction of an architectural structure that assumes a triangular shape.
The underground level includes the garage and servece locals.
On the ground floor the is living area with kitchen and study. This level is characterized by the presence of large windows in order to create a kind of permeability between indoor and outdoor that create the particular atmosfere that caracteraize the living space.
On the first floor there are located bedrooms and services. The first level is connected to the second one by a staircase in metal structure that leads to a "panoramic" gallery, for distribution to bedrooms, that overlooks the living room through a double-height volume.
The dimanic exterior facades are inspired by geometry and thay're characterized by large windows on the ground floor contrasting, with large blind surfaces upstairs, creating a particulare game of solids and voids.
