“AN INHABIT  PLACE”-  DELTA CABIN, TIGRE ISLANDS, BUENOS AIRES -ARGENTINA.

The artificial, the natural.

The project is developed on an abstract landscape where nature takes place itself in the sense that is defined as constant and homogeneous.“Make place in space” takes shape from the time where streamlining project processes determines a new architectural characterization; then, the work poses as an emplacement objetual about abstract landscape. The symbolic meaning of the work as a not evident variable, transgresses the figurative to be part of the surrounding objetual landscape.

The time-space relationship is determined by the program articulation and movement; in the reinterpretation of phenomenal spaces spanning instances of light and tectonics. Without falling into the descriptive, expressive specificity determines the work as an object that sets up a new space. The natural place ceases to exist to reconfigure into a new one.

From the particular, the work is determined by the radiance between the existing and the new: the framing of an interior with the surrounding landscape.

The limits are set from the vertical motion sequences where visual and programmatic uses are determined by the fusion of two places: the natural and the artificial.

The narrative space is armed as defining instances of spatial tensions in relation to the existing site. The work focuses on the idea of ​​space contained within an existing landscape; thus architectural specificity becomes relevance to the outer and inner experience.

In contrast to the idea of ​​presence, the cabin is a permanence work; reinterpretation of symbolism and tradition of a cottage on the island structure. Typical local materials are used, but given the quality of being a contrasting object for which surrounds and warmth without losing the notion of place for living there.

The cabin is designed for six owners, who live in different times individually and sometimes in groups. So a neutral space that allows various recreational entities is thought, maintaining the original place as a key aspect of this new space.

The work is determined as a collection of places: a primitive place, object-place, recreational place, contemplative place, pragmatic place.

“lugar habitable” -  Cabaña en las Islas del Tigre

Lo artificial, lo natural.

El proyecto se desarrolla sobre un paisaje abstracto donde la naturaleza de por sí hace lugar en el sentido que, se define como constante y homogéneo.

Lugarizar el espacio toma forma a partir del tiempo, donde la racionalización de los procesos proyectuales determina una nueva caracterización arquitectónica; entonces, la obra se posa como una lugarización objetual en cuanto a paisaje abstracto. La carga simbólica sobre la obra queda como variable no evidente que trasgrede lo figurativo para ser parte objetual del paisaje circundante.

La relación  tiempo- espacio queda determinado por la articulación  programática y el movimiento;  bajo la reinterpretación de espacios fenoménicos que atraviesan instancias de luz  y tectonicidad. Sin caer en lo descriptivo, la especificidad expresiva es la que determina a la obra como objeto que configura un nuevo espacio. El lugar natural deja de existir para reconfigurarse en uno nuevo.

Desde lo particular, la obra queda determinada por el aspecto radiante entre lo existente y lo nuevo: la enmarcación de un interior con el paisaje circundante.

Los límites se establecen a partir del movimiento vertical, donde las secuencias visuales y los usos programáticos quedan determinados por la fusión de ambos lugares: el natural y el artificial.

El espacio es narrativo en cuanto al armado que define instancias de tensiones espaciales en relación al lugar existente.

La obra se focaliza en la idea de espacio contenido dentro de un paisaje existente; por lo tanto la especificidad arquitectónica toma relevancia en cuanto a la experiencia exterior e interior.

En contrapartida a la idea de presencia, la  obra trabaja desde la permanencia; se estructura la reinterpretación del simbolismo y tradición de una cabaña en la isla.

Se utilizan los materiales típicos de la zona, pero dándole la cualidad de ser un objeto contrastante para el que lo circunda y una calidez sin perder la noción de lugar para el que lo habita.

La cabaña está pensada para seis propietarios, que la habitan en diferentes momentos de manera individual y a veces grupal. Entonces se piensa un espacio neutral que permita diferentes instancias recreativas, manteniendo siempre al lugar primitivo como aspecto determinante de este nuevo espacio.

Se determina a la obra como la yuxtaposición de lugares: un lugar primitivo, lugar objetual, lugar recreativo, lugar contemplativo, lugar pragmático.
