Pottinger Street is located in Central Hong Kong. It was named to commemorate the first governor of Hong Kong. The whole street was paved with slabs of stone, the local people called it “Stone Slab Street”(石板街). Designers use the colonial feature to creat the history tunnel in the restaurant. The flooring is mixing of black and white classical hexagonal tiles and irregularly shaped creamic tiles. The columns were fashioned by corrugated metal in colonial colors, British mailbox red and racing green. The both sides of the curved wall were painted in old Hong Kong's street and buildings.
