This stunning house takes a new spin on contemporary design through its magnificent use of earth-toned materials that set it apart from the typical modern design that has become as of late a “cookie-cutter” style and embraces the beautiful Mexican culture on where it stands. The concrete finish has an adobe look, giving it warmth that is irreplaceable, all the while retaining the use and benefits of newer technologies.

The main façade stands out because of the grid pattern implemented on the large window that gives it a distinctive look and style characteristic of Arq. Bernardo Hinojosa. These gorgeous windows project natural sunlight into the interior, creating a play on shadows that are both interesting and architecturally enhancing. All of the exterior materials utilize the same color palette, unifying the composition, as well as the interior with the exterior.

The lush interiors continue with the theme and look of a warm home filled with natural sunlight, this alongside the use of regional vegetation make this house both modern and unique.
