The brand new Cire Trudon’ store in Rue saint Croix de la Bretonnerie in Paris, signed by the style of DIMORESTUDIO.
Making the historical importance of this brand one of the key points, Emiliano Salci and Britt Moran, wanted to add a new lecture to it and at the same time highlight this importance combining classical furniture, strong colors and extremes colors matches like those on the flooring made of ‘cementine’. Burgundy, powdery blue and ivory between the chequered floor play with the mirrored walls and the bronzed branches that hold the historical candles.

Are exactly those branches that became the main characters of the project with the ancient door placed on the background center just like in a raffaelian perspective.

The whole ensemble offer a unique atmosphere which let the spectator perceive all the intensity proper of DIMORESTUDIO letting the contemporary spirit and history free to communicate. Materials employed are: cement tiles 20x20 cm in burgundy, powdery blue and ivory for the flooring.

Walls in light blue. Made to measure furniture: oak wood shutters painted in light blue; back painted glass plates in; plates details and skirting in brass; on the walls ancient Venetian mirror with wooden frame; shelves in extra clear glass with brass details. Counter in brass. In the central part of the space is positioned a DIMORESTUDIO table with calacatta marble top and mirror sided with brass. On the background ancient door with Azucena handle.

Round spotlights by DIMORESTUDIO with brass side. Switches in bakelite. On the window, a brass structure, with a brass étagère from the 50s, hold blue satin plissé curtains. Blue navy façade, gold painted logo.
