This project involved the addition of a new extension to provide open plan living within an existing listed farmhouse. The new wing is connected to the original house with a two storey glazed courtyard opening out to the south facing garden, and makes the most of its rural setting with picture windows that frame views across the valley. The project incorporates a ground source heat pump and solar panels to minimise its energy use.
